波兰商标注册程序
波兰商标注册的申请手续简单，您可以通过以下三种途径进行申请：
一、如果您的商标只需波兰的单一注册，申请程序如下：
1、波兰商标查询
查询波兰官方的商标手册以排除拟注册商标与在先权利商标因相同或相似而被驳回的可能性。
2、波兰商标申请
向波兰专利局提出商标注册的受理和审查申请。
商标注册说明:
属于《马德里商标国际注册》成员国;
加入的其他国际公约和国际组织：《保护工业产权巴黎公约》，《商品和服务国际分类尼斯协定》，世界知识产权组织，欧洲联盟;
商标注册所需时间：24-36个月;
商标注册有效期：10年，自提交商标申请日起;
可注册商标种类：商品商标，服务商标，集体商标;
注册商标续展：可在商标注册期满前1年内，或注册到期后6个月宽展期内提出申请，续展有效期为10年;
注册商标连续不使用撤销时间：3年。
二、您也可以通过欧共体商标注册(CTM)途径，获得波兰法律保护。
3. 如果您的商标在原属国(属马德里缔约国)已经提出申请或者已经注册，您也可以通过国际商标注册途径，获得波兰法律保护。
Polish trademark registration application procedures are simple, you can apply through the following three ways :
1. If your trademark is registered only in Poland, the application procedure is as follows :
1. Polish Trademark Inquiry
Check the Polish official trademark manual to exclude the possibility that the proposed registered trademark and prior rights trademark are rejected for the same or similar reasons.
2. Polish trademark application
The application for acceptance and review of trademark registration is submitted to Polish Patent Office.
Trademark registration statement :
Belong to ' Madrid trademark international registration ' member countries ;
other international conventions and international organizations to which they are parties : ' Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property Rights ', ' Ness Agreement on the International Classification of Goods and Services ', World Intellectual Property Organization, European Union ;
trademark registration time : 24-36months ;
trademark registration validity : 10 years, from the date of submission of trademark application ;
registerable trademark types : commodity trademark, service trademark, collective trademark ;
renewal of registered trademarks : an application can be filed within one year before the expiration of the trademark registration period, or within six-month extension period after the expiry of the registration period, and the validity period of the renewal is 10 years ;
the cancellation time of registered trademark is 3 years.
2. You can also obtain Polish legal protection through the European Community Trademark Register ( CTM ).
3.If your trademark has been applied or registered in the country of origin ( Madrid ), you can also obtain Polish legal protection through international trademark registration.
