朝鲜商标查询注册

朝鲜商标注册的申请手续简单，您可以通过以下两种途径进行申请：


一、如果您的商标只需朝鲜的单一注册，申请程序如下：


1、朝鲜商标查询


查询朝鲜官方的商标手册以排除拟注册商标与在先权利商标因相同或相似而被驳回的可能性。


2、朝鲜商标申请


向朝鲜发明委员会提出商标注册的受理和审查申请。


商标注册说明:


属于《马德里商标国际注册》成员国;


加入的其他国际公约和国际组织：《保护工业产权巴黎公约》，世界知识产权组织;


商标注册所需时间：12-18个月;


商标注册有效期：10年，自提交商标申请日起;


可注册商标种类：商品商标，服务商标，集体商标;


注册商标续展：必须在商标注册期满前1年至前半年内提出申请，续展有效期为10年;


注册商标连续不使用撤销时间：5年。


2.       如果您的商标在原属国(属马德里缔约国)已经提出申请或者已经注册，您也可以通过国际商标注册途径，获得朝鲜法律保护。





Korean trademark registration application procedures are simple, you can apply through the following two ways :

 

1. If your trademark is registered only in Korea, the application procedure is as follows :

 

1. Korean Trademark Inquiry

 

Check the North Korean official trademark manual to exclude the possibility that the proposed registered trademark and prior rights trademark are rejected for the same or similar reasons.

 

2. Korean Trademark Application

 

Applications for acceptance and review of trademark registration are submitted to the Korean Invention Commission.

 

Trademark registration statement :

 

Belong to ' Madrid trademark international registration ' member countries ;

 

Other international conventions and international organizations to which they are parties : Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, World Intellectual Property Organization ;

 

Trademark registration time : 12 – 18 months ;

 

Trademark registration validity : 10 years, from the date of submission of trademark application ;

 

Registerable trademark types : commodity trademark, service trademark, collective trademark ;

 

Renewal of registered trademarks : applications must be filed within one year to the first half of the expiry of the trademark registration period, and the validity period of the renewal is 10 years ;

 

Registered trademarks are not revoked continuously : 5 years.

 

2. If your trademark has been applied or registered in the country of origin ( a State party to Madrid ), you may also be protected by Korean law through international trademark registration.
