如何办理朝鲜商标注册？

一、朝鲜商标注册概述

朝鲜现行商标法规主要基于2011年12月21日修订的《商标法》。“朝鲜商标、工业设计和地理标志办公室”负责统一管理商标事务，官方语言为朝鲜语。朝鲜商标专用权需要通过注册取得，虽然朝鲜商标注册不是强制性的,但为了法律保护,就必须依法登记注册。朝鲜商标注册采用“申请在先”原则。

朝鲜是《巴黎公约》、《里斯本条约》、《WIPO公约》和《尼斯条约》等国际知识产权条约的缔约国，同时还是《马德里议定书》和《马德里协定》成员国，故朝鲜商标注册既可以通过“单一国家注册”的方式办理,也可以通过“马德里国际注册”的方式办理。

二、朝鲜商标注册要求

朝鲜可注册为商标的要素有:文字、名称、图形颜色组合、标语。非传统商标，如声音、气味等暂时不能注册。申请人非朝鲜居民的，需委托本国专门的商标代理人代办。

3.申请人姓名及地址;
