有关斯洛伐克商标注册的三方面内容介绍

　　在斯洛伐克，商标权基于注册获得，斯洛伐克接受商品商标、服务商标和集体商标申请。任何自然人和法人均有权提交商标注册申请。如果申请人在斯洛伐克共和国没有住所或营业所，他必须授权在斯洛伐克共和国居住并登记的代理向斯洛伐克共和国工业产权局提交商标注册申请。

　　审查-公告-注册：

 

　　回执时间：1-2周

 

　　注册需时：8-12个月

 

　　申请受理后，进行形式审查和实质审查(包括相对理由和绝对理由)，如果没有发生驳回理由，申请予以公告。公告期为 3个月。没有异议或者异议不成立，商标予以注册。

 

　　斯洛伐克商标注册有效期和续展：

 

商标专用权从申请日期起算，有效期 10年，每次续展注册的有效期为 10年。提前 12个月可办理;宽展期 6个月。

 

 

 

In Slovakia, trademark rights are obtained based on registration, and Slovakia accepts applications for commodity, service and collective trademarks. Any natural person and legal person has the right to submit application for trademark registration. If the applicant has no place of residence or business in the Slovak Republic, he must authorize the agent residing and registering in the Slovak Republic to submit an application for trademark registration to the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic.

After the application is accepted, formal review and substantive review ( including relative reasons and absolute reasons ) are conducted. If there is no reason for rejection, the application is announced. The announcement period is three months. No objection or objection is not established, the trademark shall be registered.

 

Duration and renewal of the Slovak trademark registration :

 

The trademark exclusive right shall be valid for 10 years from the application date, and the valid period for each renewal registration is 10 years. 12 months in advance ; the extension period was 6 months.
